The question was:

How to boot a 3/60 from a SCSI disk other than 0.

The solution is use HEX.
The format of the boot should be

b sd(0,a,0)

where a = 8*SCSI target+unit

On disks with embedded SCSI controllers (like WREN,s), the unit number is
always zero.

THis makes: a = 8 * 2 (for SCSI id 2 - in my setup)
             a = 16.
             a = 10(HEX)
