I tried the above number, and everything worked as advertised.

Since it was an 800 number ;-) , I decided to wade through the menus
in hopes of compiling a relatively comprehensive patch list.

I figured this list might be generally useful, so I've included the
result below.

The pathnames are culled from the 'CURRENT TOPIC:' line resulting from
menu selections. I've left the order pretty much the same as it was
on the Sun BB except that I combined directories where the contents
were identical.

Also, the 'articles/patches/sunos' section is sorted by patch number
with the OS level(s) the patch applies to in paren's. There is some
ambiguity there, so I'd check further before deciding that a
particular patch applies.
