The easiet thing to do was to do the following in the
/usr/lib/X11/fonts/75dpi directory:

Add the following two lines to fonts.aliases:

-b&h-lucida-medium-r-normal-sans--90------
-b&h-lucida-medium-r-normal-sans-10-100-75-75-p-58-iso8859-1
-b&h-lucida-bold-r-normal-sans--90------
-b&h-lucida-bold-r-normal-sans-10-100-75-75-p-66-iso8859-1

Do a:

        mkfontdir .

Then on the client, do:

        xset fp rehash

And run the calendar manager! Works great!
