John R. Brown (johbro@auto-trol.com) explains that 50 PCs(PC-NFS)
are served from a 4/330 (40 Mb RAM) on one ethernet interface
without any problems at all, and the server is already serving
workstations on the other interface. Network traffic is < 5%.
He says however that the PCs got big troubles by latching onto
a NIS server, when putted on the existing heavily loaded subnet.

David Fetrow <fetrow@biostat.washington.edu>, said, a SPARCstation 1
serves 16 PCs with PC-NFS with no problems so far...

Brian Bartholomew - bb@math.ufl.edu - asked if the TCP/IP s/w for
PCs does it coexist with Windows 3.x well.

It seems that an SS2 can serve easily one floor's PCs (50-60), perhaps
in different ethernet interfaces.
