Earlier today I posted a request for help installing a used CDC 9-track
SCSI tape drive. I had the SCSI cable oriented incorrectly after all
and have corrected it. My IPC now boots with the drive attached and I
can read old tar and dump tapes. However, I am getting consistent
errors during write operations. Looks like the drive needs some work on
it.
