SUMMARY: rlogin as root

In order to be able to rlogin as root, it is necessary
that the network entries in /etc/ttytab be marked as secure.
This is the way they come. In our case, someone has actually
removed all those entries (I'm afraid with my agreement)
"to see what happened". I had forgotten all about it, but
I certainly found out.

Thanks to the many people who promptly told me what the
problem was. I guess this was an easy one.
