SUMMARY REPLY:

        Among the 11 replies we received, we used the one sent by Gerard
Barrett listed below. Most of our problem(s) involved the cable. Pin 2 (Tx)
had to be swapped with pin 3 (Rx) on the plotter and pin 4 (CTS) was looped
back to pin 5 (RTS) on the plotter.
        Roy Hallquist actually had a very good comprehensive listing of
various printcap entries and associated pinouts which helped.
