2 - are already using Isofax and are happy with it.
1 - Investigating Isofax
1 - is using XpressFax and happy with it.
1 - Concurred with about the bad response and support from XpressFax
1 - Reference to SunWorld's review - Replix received best rating
I did some evaluation myself, and I have tried to summarize it here.
I Called up XpressFax,HeliosCom+,Replix and Isofax for sending evaluation copies.
1. Replix - Replix never sent the evaluation copy !
2. HeliosCom+ - I decided not to evaluate HeliosCom+, since it requires a Modem board,
and software on each machine and they do not have network license.
3. XpressFax - Eventhough the price is unbelievably lower than any of the ther
products, their documentation and support is bad and the stability and
the status of the company is not known.
4. Isofax - Tested some of their features. Documentation and support is very
good. Company looks to be stable and doing well. Electronic mail
does not work from mailtool but works from shelltool with mail
command. Decided to buy this product.
