SUMMARY: Booting from CDROM

Just about everbody said:

     b sd(0,6,2)

And some said to add some switches, -sw, on the end.

Some said look at the document that came with the CDROM drive, I
lost it so I could not refer to it.

Others said RTFM, which I did prior to posting the message, but
could not find any info about booting from a CDROM attached to
the system you are trying to boot, only copying the mini-root and
booting from some other server.

Too many respondents to list...over 60, so to save bandwidth:

Thanks to all of those who responded.
