I got a couple of responses regarding my problem with mounting a nfs
partition from an RS6000 server.
Bob ( bobi@vswr.sps.mot.com ) said I should check the netgroup file
on the AIX server, that was the partial solution to the problem.
The entry in the netgroup should use the full name of the nfs client
( i.e. hostname with domain name ).However, under 3.2.3, this by itself
did not work.
We decided to upgrade the AIX OS from 3.2.3 to 3.2.4 since we were having
some other problem with it, the side effect of the upgrade was that it
fix my nfs problem.
