Summary: Changing network wire Problem

The problem was: we needed a repeater/retiming module on the hub. (Don't I
feel dumb :-( ).

Original message:
-------------
Our current network consists of a bunch of SPARC1+'s and SPARC2, connected via
thinnet coax wire. (Aui port -> aui cable -> transceiver -> coax ). When
we moved to new quarters, we got a 10Base-T hub, 10Base-t transceivers, etc.
When I connected everything up, nothing happens. (The power light on the
10Base-T trans. is green but the link, Inv, Tx, Rx and Col lights are all
dark, all the right lights are green on the hub and sqe is off).
le0: No carrier - transceiver cable problem?

Any suggestions would be most welcome.
