SUMMARY: need Solaris 2.x st.conf for HP 35480A 4mm DAT drive

   I believe the fact that the throughput to my tape drive is around
   0.6 MB/min is due to the lack of a correct st.conf for the
   tape drive. Btw, the advertised transfer rate to the drive is
   44 MB/min (73x what I'm getting).

/kernel/drv/st.conf, which makes my HP DAT drive scream:
