Summary: su user failed

I have received a lots of suggestions.
All of them thought that it may be the permissions on
/bin/sh or /usr/ucb/quota.

But I found the really answer is that /usr directory
was not executable to all. I don't know what happened.
Any way, chmod 755 /usr, fix the problem.

Thanks for reply.
