Oh well, I ran into this problem _exactly_ this morning! The problem is that
the tcp port listener is not active. An easy way to fix it without going through
the pain of using pmadm and sacadm (you may want to take a look at the aswerbook
though) it to create a dummy local printer using admintool and then remove it.
This does the trick.
