1. you can do it using ufsdump and ufsrestore or dd or cpio over a tape or a diskette with a simple script.

2. Datastar is a product for disaster recovery from Qualix
(www.qualix.com). I didn't find anything about this product in there so I will contact my nearest provider.

Option number 1. is the preferred one... easy, fast and reliable.
