Answers:
One person Suggested Netscape Enterprise 3.5.1, but most everyone else
suggested Apache.
The Solution I chose after looking into both of them was Apache 1.3.1 with
mod_ssl (not Apache-SSL) and the frontpage extensions with the patch for
1.3.0 (hope it works...)
