Hello,

  Here is the promised summary for the posted problem.

On Nov 3 this problem was posted. I had 1 response from Nate Itkin
concerning 104854 patch for 2.5.1 unfortunately the problem
exists on 2.5.1.and 2.6.

The original query and test case are below: The date on the system
was set to 2020.
