Thanks everyone.
after applied Solaris2.6 HW 5/98 , all is ok.

especially to Linda S. Gee, who inform me that I need a version
of 5/98 .

Casper Dik give me some theory guidance as following:

and Simon.Millard give similar advice.

thank to their quick advice again.

following is the original question:
-----------------------------------
We are installing Solaris2.6 on an Enterprise 250 .
after load patch version 105181-09, the box can't
boot up from disk, and print following messages:

Boot device: /pci@1f,4000/scsi@3/disk@0,0 file and args: -r
     Loading ufs file-system package 1.404 Aug 1995 13:02:59
     Fcode UFS Reader 1.10 96/10/15 00:57:29.
     Loading: /platform/SUNW.Ultra-250/ufsboot
     Loading: /platform/sun4u/ufsboot
     not found: set_platform_tsb_spares
Krtld: error during initial load/link phase
     Fast Instruction Access MMU Miss

Q1: has anyone experience this problem ?

Then i try to boot from cdrom and backout the patchs,

#chroot /mnt /var/sadm/patch_id/backoutpatch patch_id

it prompt "checkinstall script did not complete successfully"
and there is a backoutpatch.1850 file under /tmp, said:
----------
/var/tmp/dstreAAA0qz00c/SUNWcsu/install/checkinstall:
    /var/tmp/dstreAAA0qz00c/SUNWcsu/install/checkinstall : cannot open
checkinstall script did not complete successfully

install <SUNWcsu> failed
----------

Q2: So how can i backout patchs through cdrom booted up?
