[SUMMARY] format command will not detect disk suite disks.

Thanks to David Evans

Small and undocumented quirk of DS. When disks are brought under control
of DS the /dev/dsk and /dev/rdsk entries are removed. You can either
create the sym links by hand, do a reconfigure on reboot or get the
OS to rebuild them while live.

When the /dev entries are back then format will work.
