SUMMARY #2: Statically linked cp or cat

Ah, something pointed out to me after I sent the summary....

Static copies of some utilites are located in

  /usr/sbin/static

in the Solaris 2.5.1, 2.6, and 2.7 versions (can't vouch for other
versions).
