Just a note: Sun does not sell multi pack without disks in it, and it is way
too expensive, hence it will not work for me. I am getting "pleasing" quotes
from other places :)

You can get external cases which have SCA connectors. I believe
www.cablemakers.com has some nice ones. You can also look at SCA-to-UW
(80 pin to 68 pin) or SCA-F (80 pin to 50 pin) convertors, which will let
you use any Fast SCSI or Ultra SCSI enclosure. Again, www.cablemakers.com
has nice ones. So does www.adjile.com - they are more high end, for
servers.

We use a Sun MultiPack for this. The disk/brackets for the Ultra1 systems
should plug right into this, and it can hang off the back of an Ultra1
as well. This will automatically handle the ID setting of the drives
as well. This should be available from all kinds of sources.
A second option would be a Kingston (Or other third party) case. This
would probably work as well, but will involve more hassle to set up.
However, this will also be less costly.

I have used Trimm Technologies for just this type of application for years.
My preferred distributor is Rohr Systems (800) 582-2846 Sales rep Bruce
Hyman. They have been very knowledgeable in making sure that I get the
right enclosure and assist me in configuring cables and terminators also.

Look at the JBOD products, I think that you will find what you are looking
for.

All internal disks have 80-pin single connecter scsi (in Seagate terms: WC)
Has anyone used such a box? If so where do I find one.
