Thanks to Blayne Puklich, Thomas Knox, Claude Charest and Bob Rahe who
pointed me to several utilities, unsit-15, unsea-10 and macutil2.0b3. Of
these, macutil's "macunpack" comes closest to doing what I want but it
doesn't quite succeed.

When I run it, I get

>alpha1> macunpack -v day00.sea

Those are all the correct folder/file names, they are the correct type and
creator, and they appear to be about the right size, but there appears to
be something funky with the compression. I'm guessing that since the thing
that stuffed them is from '98/'99 vintage and macunpack is from '92, that
the stuffer is using a newer compression algorythm than macunpack understands.

I guess it's off the the mac to see if I can figure out the new compression
(or can convince the folks who this is for to use a different tool :-)
