I'd like to thank all of those, who sent me tips. Normally, I mention their names. But this time, I reveived around 50 responses.

My original question was:
 Hi Gurus,

There are two ways you can do it.

1. edit the following files replacing the old hostname with the new hostname.
/etc/nodename
/etc/hosts
/etc/hostname.hme0 or whatever interface it is.
/etc/net/ticlts/hosts
/etc/net/ticots/hosts
/etc/net/ticotsord/host
boot the system

2. by using the /usr/sbin/sys-unconfig command
this command will bring you to the ok prompt
boot the system and follow the instructions to re-name the machine.

If you're changing the network of the system with different hostname and IP address, I'd recommend step 2.
