Hi,

Thanks to:
Reichert Alan
Wilkinson Daniel
Lisa Wallace

The OS recognized the new disk only after I started the format utility,
selected the type menu, and then selected Auto Configure.
That was an easy one.

Thanks for your help0
Sam

Subject: Format command

Hi,

I changed an external 2 Gigs scsi disk drive with a larger
capacity one, but the backup partition of the format command
keeps showing the 2 Gigs size.
I did boot -r, verified the /etc/format.dat file the sd.conf file
with no luck.
Please advise
thanks in advance
Sam
