it turned out that some HP Monitoring system is being run at the other side ..
tho, this is no error or anything at all ^_^

Hi,

   I don't think someone is trying to get access.
   But you may check with the security guy.
   Actually, this message is due to the SNMP daemon used
   for administration. Most of the time, it is started by
   default on a Solaris-based system and it is not really
   necessary.
   If you want to disable it, go to /etc/rc3.d and
   do this :
   S76snmpdx stop
   mv S76snmpdx s76snmpdx
