SUMMARY: netra t1 to lantronix ETS32pr console server

I actually figured this out yesterday.
Yes, I did use the cisco (console) cable to make it
work (mentioned below)

Another way is to use the female db25 connector that
comes in the box and connect it to the male db25 male
connector using cat 5 cables in between and "walah"
it works.

Thanks to Richard Cove for suggesting the cisco cable.
