Sure you can. If they're on the same subnet, then the switch might
be confused by the same MAC addresses. To fix:
either
ifconfig hme0 ether <xxxxxxxxxxxx>
ifconfig hme1 ether <xxxxxxxxxxxx>
or
eeprom local_mac_address?=true (reboot after)
