SUMMARY: can't create /dev/null

next time, don't add the nosuid option to OS mount points in /etc/vfstab;
only to /data or /cache mount points, or /home, et.al.

original question was posted when /etc/rcS complained about not being able
to create /dev/null and boot would hang.

suggestions included ok> boot -r; or mknod; or replacing /dev/null and its'
link altogether...no one noticed this additional oversight.
