SUMMARY: hme lost during Solaris 8 installation

The problem was that standalone was taken
literally so the network device was not plumbed in.

The solution is obvious: ifconfig hme0 plumb
(followed by ifconfig hme0 192.168.1.15 netmask 255.255.255.0 up)

Alternatively, edit /etc/hostname.hme0 and /etc/inet/hosts; run
"/etc/init.d/network start"
