SOLUTION:
========

1.) create a file any directory any file name; example : /etc/warning (with message inside) NOTE: center and modify input for
neatness message could be
in disarry.

2.) cd /etc/dt/config/Xsession.d

3.) vi any file name; example: vi 0050.warning (then add)

dtstart_hello[0]="/usr/dt/bin/dthello -bground white -file /etc/warning &"

wq!

4.) logout of cde and log back in!    Works!!!!!!
