SUMMARY: Adding users during jumpstart

Brute force seems to work the best.  I just echoed the data I need in a
finish script to /a/etc/passwd and /a/etc/shadow (and if needed
/a/etc/groups).

echo "user:x:1100:10:generic user:/export/home/user:/sbin/sh" >>
/a/etc/passwd 
echo "user:*LK*:::::::" >> /a/etc/shadow 
echo "user::1100:" >> /a/etc/group
