Thanks to those who replied.
It turns out that one of the disks in the array has failed, and it looks
like this is generating the iowait.

I still don't know an easy way of tracking down NFS load though.

Subject: Spotting NFS server load

Hi,

I have a Solaris 8 NFS server that is showing 100% iowait on its A1000 array
(which is NFS shared).
Question is - how can I find specifically which process on which client is
causing the load?

Thanks in advance

Jez
