SUMMARY: metadb question

Big thanks to Bevan Broun, Rick von Richter and Darren Dunham.
The bottom line is, my plan is good as long as I don't reboot the box
during the re-arrangements. Also the replicas will get in sync
automatically upon the creation, so nothing else needs to be done.
