Sorry to be replying to the list, but someone sent me a very good solution,
but the message got permanently by accident.

The solution was to start the installation from the Solaris installation cd
and then when prompted point the install to a flash archive via http.

The concenus seems to be that it cannot be done, but a few mentioned proxy
arp. I will look into the proxy arp solution to see if its viable.

            Have a quick problem that I am sure many of you have encountered
before, but I have yet to find a solution.

I have a single sun server in a remote location, but jumpstart servers are in
main location. Can boot -net install be run over different subnets when the
boot server is not on same subnet as jumpstart client.
