[SUMMARY] ISL with Brocade Silkworm 2800's

With a big thanks to Tom Andrasi, I managed to solve the problem.

Turns out all the ports on both switches had been disabled for E_Port use
by whoever had the switches before me.

Even using the configdefault command didnt reset them back to the default
of allowed.

Once I re-enabled the ports I needed for E_port use via the portcfgeport
command, everything is working.
