Hi Gentlemen,
I'd like to appreciate all of you for the quick response that you have given
me again proving that this list is the best.
I'd like to thank:
Evan Gold
Corbett Waddingham
Reggie Beavers
Mario H. Williams
Jorge Relats
Paramesh
Darren Dunham
John Warr
Jim Knauff
Dick Aseltine
Gregg Oosterbaan
Tim Evans
James Zhao
Matthew R. Clausen
Bruce Davis
Kevin Sindhu
Adrian Phipps
Soeren
Andri Hilgers
Kevin Smith

The Solution:
I did not
#mkfs -F vxfs -o largefiles /dev/vx/rdsk/mydg/myvol

 I've followed the flollowing procedure.

- # fstyp /dev/vx/dsk/mydg/myvol
- #mkfs -F vxfs -o largefiles /dev/vx/rdsk/mydg/myvol
- # /opt/VRTS/bin/mount /dev/vx/dsk/mydg/myvol /mountpoint

But if I say "# /usr/sbin/mount /dev/vx/dsk/mydg/myvol /mountpoint"

I still get the error
UX:vxfs mount: ERROR: mount option(s) incompatible with file system
/dev/vx/dsk/mydg/myvol

Any way now I'm able to mount the file systems but the issue with mount still
exists.

I'll try other options and let the list know.

Thanks once again,

Regards,

Sudhakar
