I received many responses to my question. The majority said it was okay to
have different power input(s) as long as the PSU was auto-detecting. Some had
concerns about grounding and phases. A few have ran different input
configurations during power upgrades without any problems. Thanks

Original question:

Is it okay to run a Sun V490 with a 110 input for one power supply and a 220
input for the other?
