SUMMARY: PCA suddenly not working

The problem seems to have resolved itself as PCA now works as expected. Others reported similar issues and posited that it may be due to Sun switching to Akamai

For the record:
- Yes I have a valid support contract and ID.
- It was not firewall issue as the network guys say they haven't changed anything. ;)
- I've applied to join the PCA mail list, but haven't heard back as yet.

Has Oracle (Sun) changed something without telling the world? (Kind of like changing java such that some applications now fail.)
