Files with the suffix ".pkg" are package-streams.
You can add the packages included in these files with
using the pkgadd(1M)-command. To do this, follow the instructions:
1) become super-user (or ask him)
2) do a pkgadd to the packagefile containing the wanted package.
You get the right packagefile by browsing the regarding
txt-file. E.g. for x11.pkg, you must examine x11.txt.
After you have chosen the package(s), execute following
command:
pkgadd -d x11.pkg
Then pkgadd will ask you interactively for the chosen packages.
