Summary : NFS tar and chown

 Hi all.

Thanks for all who replied.

The problem was that users were unable to "chown" and "tar -xo" on Sunos
4.1.3 nfs clients.

For chown, it seems that the client machine needs root access on an nfs
share, for users to use chown.
But then I've got a new problem. Is it possible to use
root=<CLIENTS NAME> option of share in SEC_SYS security mode.

Then for tar -xo I got no solution.'

Any suggestions ?
