SUMMARY: swap and /tmp don't match up

Thanks to all who replied and most people pointed me to an entry
that I had in my vfstab file that was limiting the size of /tmp

swap - /tmp tmpfs - yes size=100m

I removed this from the vfstab file and rebooted
and now both swap entries look show the same size.

swap                 1908616       8 1908608     1%    /var/run
swap                 2057640  149032 1908608     8%    /tmp
