adding privileged ports

Hi there,


Does anyone know of a method for setting a port below 1023 as nonprivileged ?

I know that using ndd one can extend the privileged port range beyond 1023
and specify additional privileged ports, but this case is the opposite, i.e.
I would like to set a specific port below 1023 as nonprivileged.
