Security monitor scripts or software. Any recommendations.

All,

Looking for recommendations, or scripts that run through cron, etc. That
have the ability to detect security issues, ie permissions/setuid,
communications, ports issues, etc.
Prefer something with granular, customizeable control, and  multi platform,
SunOs, Aix,  Hp-ux, & Linux.
Also something that you can set an exclude type mechanism, to not warn you
of the same thing over and over that is known.
