urgent help required

Hello Admins,

I unknowingly unlinked one home directory with the
following command.

#unlink /export/home/rick

After that i'm unable to find rick folder in
/export/home . But i could see that whatever space
occupied by rick folder is not reclaimed. Is there
anyway to get the folder back without restoring it
from the backup. I'm not gifted with fortune because,
my previous days tape backup gives me I/O error.

Pl help and i will summarise.
