Upgrade of openboot on Ultra 10 fails

Hello All,
thanks for reading this.

To solve the "MMU miss" problem on my workstation, I've upgraded first
openboot
using patch set 106121-18.
The upgrade fail after the first boot (on last screen the procedure show
the message that confirm the correct reprogramming and reset operation.
Starting from now the server will not boot, turning on the ws screen monitor
is dark, no any activities.

What is the way to rebuild the openboot? Must I purchase a new system board
(hope no..)?
