patchpro problem

I downloaded and installed PatchPro from SunSolve and followed all the setup
instructions in
the README, but when I try to select my patch server with 

 /opt/SUNWppro/bin/pprosetup -P
https://patchpro.sun.com/servlet/com.sun.patchpro.server.PatchProServerServl
et

or any of the servers specified in the README file I get
the following java exception error

Can anybody give me an idea what I may have wrong?
