CST 3.6.0

I just installed CST 3.6.0.
  I am not familliar with this configuration can someone help me configure this I mean send me doc. I follow the docs in docs.sun.com but nothing is happening 
   
  When I start the /cst">http://<server.domain>/cst  I get a java error I guess somthing is not loading
