Hi Folks -
Special thanks to Jim Musso and Vikas Sharma for following up on my issue.
The correct solution was provided by Jim Musso (Jim.Musso AT Phoenix.gov).
The correct soultion was to set up " NONABI_SCRIPTS=TRUE " variable before
applying the package. The package installed works fine after
"NONABI_SCRIPTS" variable was set to TRUE.
Thanks Jim Musso for providing this soultion.
