Need help on X4450 N/W issue

HI

We have SUN X4450 with RHEL 4.0 up6 OS. We see that when we ping to m/c
we are getting high latency.

We could check from switch side all is fine , we have changed cable ,
module in switch but still no improvement.

Can some body suggest check points. We have 100 GB share partition
shared using nfs from this m.c.
