X4275 Mounting in a SharkRack

I just received a bunch of X4275's
http://www.sun.com/servers/x64/x4275/

and I was getting ready to install them in my shark racks (77" Series 2
Cabinets, with small screw holes) but the rail kits are these fancy dancy
tool-less rail kit that have these locking pins instead of places to put a few
screws and slide the server in.

I'm being told SUN doesn't offer a regular "Tooled" rail kit due to the tab
spacing on the X4275 itself. And it looks like the tooled rail kits I've using
for my X4150/4170's won't work.

Before I resort to drilling holes in my shark rack or even worse racking these
SUN boxes in a IBM rack, has anyone found a rail kit that works for a X4275
and shark rack?

I'd prefer to have some type of cable management
